Steps
Mostly followed: https://blog.korfuri.fr/posts/2022/08/nixos-on-an-oracle-free-tier-ampere-machine/
- kexectools -> kexec-tools
- create mnt/boot after mounting mnt
- copy over oracle.nix and import for first nixos-install
